District Youth Exchange Dragonboat

The Woodstock-Oxford Rotary Club will be hosting the District Youth
Exchange Dragonboat practice/race(Dragon Boating provided by the
Woodstock Rotary Club) and Campout in Woodstock at the Pittock
Conservation Park.
After the Dragonboat practice/race we will be having a BBQ at Pittock
Park,
this will be a Rotary meeting make-up and
Family event so you all get to meet the International Exchange Students
that have just arrived from all over the world.
After the BBQ the Exchange Students will be camping ut at Pittock Park
in tents and getting to know each other as this is the first time they
will meet together.
If you want to go Dragon boating with us there will be no charge and
for the BBQ, it is a cost recovery of $5.00 to $10.00 per person.
Entry into the park is $5.00 per car load, if you are camping, it is included in the camping fee. For more info, please email me or call at

If you are a counselor and are attending the Youth Exchange briefing
meeting then you need to be at Pittock Park at 10 AM. sharp with your
student.
If you are going on the Dragon boat trip with us, then be at Pittock Parkt at 1.00 PM (make sure you registered with us.
