This month, the Rotaractors of District 7080 are joining forces for our very first collaborate sustainability activity! Almost in the end stages of planning, this endeavour aims to create awareness of environmental issues around the world and in our communities, while encouraging sustainable ways of living.
We have 6-7 Rotaract clubs who will be participating in a social media challenge that will highlight how pursuing environmentally friendly practices can be enjoyable. In the end, we hope to encourage our community to remember that our Earth is a fragile place that we must help restore and keep safe for future generations. It is up to us to play our part in keeping our surroundings safe and make better choices that will benefit us in the long run. Look out for our official social media challenge reveal in the next couple of weeks, and we hope that you will join us and participate! Who says “GO GREEN” can’t be our new catchphrase? #GreenIsCool
