Learning Partnership Prize

We won the NATIONAL STUDENT INNOVATION AWARD along with a $500.00 cheque. We were told that we beat a defending champion for 4 years from another province. The organization that we applied the award for is The Learning Partnership and the sponsors for the cash award is BMO Financial. This is a Canada wide competition where this year there were 45 000 students who applied and the applications were looked at by 160 judges from Canada and USA and we won the Judges Choice Award for all 4 categories. We could apply to any 2 of the 4 categories- Team Work, Enterprising Spirit, Originality and Impact on School / Community. We applied for all and we won in all the categories.
