Nelly Kong and the Streetsville Rotary Club coordinated a volunteer project for seniors to make comforting pillows for Armagh House, a second stage shelter for abused women and their children during the pandemic lockdown.
They repeated the project for Easter and Mother’s Day in an effort to cheer up both mothers and their children residing at Armagh House.
