Update on our Ambassadorial Scholar

Thought I'd drop you a quick note to let you know how things are going.
I've now finished up with my second term and I'm not two weeks into the session
break before the last term. I'm thus glued to my computer working on my thesis
and trying to get the research done as quickly as possible (and, of course, it's
right now moving along at a snail's pace).
I was at the Rotary district conference last week. I've attached some
photos. One is with my host Rotarian, Philip Bobby, and his wife, Linda. The
second is with a number of the scholars at Oxford.
It looks like I'll be returning to Oakville in late-July. Might there be an
opportunity to speak at the club when I'm back? I'll likely be flying back to
London in early-August as I'm leaving on a research mission to the Middle East
(Turkey, Iraq, and Syria) in September.
